How quickly can I expect to get an accident replacement vehicle?

We will have you back on the road in most cases within a few hours otherwise it could take upto 24hours. This all depends on the approval of your application and us determining that you are not at fault.

Is this a free accident replacement vehicle?

Yes, it is free so long as you do everything correctly on your end and you provide us with all the correct details and help us when required if the matter goes to a tribunal. If you fail to provide us with all the correct details and insurance denies your claim for any reason you are liable to cover the rental fees.

How do we fast track the process?

The process can be fast tracked if you provide us with all the details of the accident, your details and the at faults details including the claim number.

How long do I keep the rental for?

The rental stays with you for the duration of your vehicle repair. This may be a few days and upto several weeks. Or if your vehicle has been written off by the insurance this could be up until the payout of your vehicle.

Do you deliver the vehicle anywhere in Sydney?

In most cases we do, we may ask you to pickup the vehicle if its is difficult for us to get the car to you in a certain timeframe.

Do I get the same vehicle as I was driving in the accident?

If we have the same vehicle available ofcourse, otherwise we will give you something similar. Just remember it is only temporary and we hope you get your vehicle back on the road as smoothly and quickly as possible.

How can I get in contact with you?

It is best to email us. Emailing us all the details we require will help you fast track your application. If there is any issue with your application we will contact you for further details.

Do we have to sign anything?

Yes, upon pickup or delivery of the vehicle. You will be given an application which must be filled in and signed. You will also need to provide us with your drivers licence and registration papers to confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle involved in the accident.
